Taking the first step to get help and support can be confusing and hard to navigate. This can be especially difficult when we are struggling. I understand this and want to support you in feeling better and getting more out of your life. I believe that together we can create an environment for personal growth and self-awareness. Throughout counseling we will work collaboratively to understand behavior patterns and the thoughts, feelings and experiences that drive them. With this insight, you will be able to improve your quality of life as you define it. In my practice, I support people with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, divorce, and parenting. I have a special focus in helping people struggling with addictive behavior. If you are worried about your drug or alcohol use or need support with long term recovery, I can help. I provide non-judgmental counseling in a direct and interactive relationship with my clients. Together we will work to develop the mindfulness, insight and coping skills that help to break destructive patterns and develop healthy ones.
