My goal for clients is for them to acquire the insight, skills, and self-confidence to navigate the terrain of life and relationships more effectively. I'm passionate about relationships. Relationships with friends, family, and also the relationship we have with ourselves. I also care deeply about supporting and equipping men and fathers. My practice's mission is to help people revive or create authentic, healthy relationships with themselves and their loved ones, and create strong, meaningful change in life. I view individuals from a strengths based orientation, and I provide hope, encouragement, insight, and guidance, stepping into my client's world while staying grounded in my own. I'm caring and compassionate, but also challenge and invite clients into the change process. I offer a safe environment to process, plan, change, and connect.
