I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate. I work with children, adolescents, couples, families and individuals. I use a collaborative approach, incorporating techniques from DBT, CBT, IFS, Family Systems Theories, art therapy and play therapy. I provide therapy to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, marital distress, childhood emotional and behavioral concerns, grief, and other forms of individual and family distress. I also assist clients with spiritual concerns. I work with clients of all faith traditions, clients with no spiritual background, and clients with non-traditional spiritual beliefs. I have a Master of Divinity degree and am an ordained minister. I am a creative therapist who tailors treatment to fit each client. You will be actively involved in your own therapy. You are the expert on you. I am here to listen, and guide you using the techniques I have studied. I am open to working with all types of clients, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, class, culture, age, sexual orientation or background.
