I see individuals, families and couples. I have completed a 17 semester hour certification program to treat Sexual Addictions. I have additional training in Trauma Focused CBT to help children who have been through such things as abuse or a disaster. I work with all ages who have experience sexual abuse, trauma, divorce and grief. I have also have Advanced Training in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy. I sought this training because EFT has the best track record for truly helping couples to establish a secure bond that will endure. I believe in marriage and family as the basis of emotionally healthy individuals. I enjoy working with couples and families. When working with children, my focus is more on family therapy than individual therapy. I work on the premise that parents are the primary source for change in their children. I have a heart for those who struggle with unwanted sexual desire issues. I now hold a specialty license for Technology-assisted Counseling.
