I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families and can help you find relief from life's stressors, anxieties, and emotional burdens. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois and my Master's degree in Counseling from Valparaiso University. I enjoy working with all ages and focus on building your strengths to improve your quality of life. I have been specially trained to provide Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to children and adolescents that have experienced a traumatic event such as a loss of a parent, sexual or physical abuse. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, family conflict, child behavioral disorders and PTSD. I am willing to provide some evening hours.
