I think it is important to use humor, warmth, & honesty in therapy, just like elsewhere in life! In my opinion, the ultimate goal of therapy is to NOT be in therapy. I work with individuals from all walks of life and appreciate the rich diversity of human experience, including those related to culture, ethnicity, spirituality, and expression of gender and sexuality. I provide individual, couples, & family psychotherapy, as well as comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for those aged 5 to 60.
