Dr. Cross is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with couples and has extensive experience and training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). EFT is the treatment that years of research shows to be highly effective in helping couples improve their relationship, resolve conflicts, repair trust, and feel safe, loved and connected. It stops the negative and stuck patterns in relationships, transforming them into the love, connection and understanding that couples desire. Dr. Cross has conducted numerous marital enrichment workshops for couples and trains therapists most frequently on counseling ethics as well as the use of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. As a supervisor approved by the State of Arizona, Dr. Cross also provides clinical supervision to therapists seeking additional supervision.
