It can be difficult to acknowledge that you need to make a change in your life and even more difficult to implement it. I can help you make this change by helping you develop new thinking patterns that lessen intense emotions and are sustainable in the long term. My focus is working with adults, couples, families and teens. I have experience working in outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric units, and private practice. I have also worked with the veteran population and am familiar with various community resources. I have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy to help decrease depression, anxiety, and other related mental health issues, and I have worked with individuals diagnosed with a wide range of disorders. If necessary, my practice is adjacent to two psychiatrists office making referrals seamless.
