Sanctuary Counseling Center is all about you, the client. The purpose of my practice is for you to find a safe space, refuge and healing during life's toughest times. I am here to provide you empathy, encouragement, and partnership which can change the trajectory of your life. You are safe and welcome here! I am an Indianapolis area specialist for 1. PTSD/Panic/Anxiety/Domestic Violence/Trauma/Abuse (EMDR trained); 2. Children's Therapy (play therapy, art therapy, divorce support, behavior/anxiety issues); 3. LGBTQ individuals and families; AND all assorted clinical mental health needs of children, teens, and adults. My expressive demeanor, sense of humor, and positive energy create an encouraging foundation for clients. I empower individuals to new insight and action through empathy and a great clinical skill set. Working as a therapist is my passion, and I'm honored to be part of your journey.
