I have a private practice in Mobile, Alabama where I provide individual and couples therapy. I am passionate about my work and consider it a privilege to help my clients create rich, full and meaningful lives. More than anything else, I believe that the relationship the therapist shares with the client is the number one catalysis for change. It is imperative you feel informed about and confident in the therapist you choose. My therapeutic approach is based upon a collaborative working relationship. I use my knowledge and expertise in psychotherapy to complement your expertise in defining goals for therapy. Importantly, during every session, I encourage feedback from my clients and monitor progress to make sure we are headed in the right direction. In my work, I use an approach that draws from evidence-based therapies. I tailor treatment to each client's unique concerns and use strategies that have been demonstrated effective through the most up to date clinical research.
