About Caron Ocean Drive Caron Ocean Drive was established to serve a segment of the population that faces particular socioeconomic challenges to recovery. Addiction and other psychological disorders affect every segment of the population without regard to race, creed, culture or means. However, each segment of the population has its own inherent set of problems to face each day. It's important for anyone in any type of recovery to be around those who understand their particular problems. Clients who are used to the level of comfort provided at Caron Ocean Drive will quickly discover that our amenities are designed to support intense recovery work - not a person's elevated social status. Clinicians and treatment programs must provide men and women of means a reparative psychotherapeutic and psychosocial experience that enables them to fully address their unique issues and feel honored as the human beings they are, rather than the status symbols they represent. We Treat the Individual as an Individual No two people are identical. Differences in personal, family and medical histories, along with behavior profiles and psychological issues dictate different treatment protocols. Therefore, an individual treatment plan is designed, upon arrival at Caron Ocean Drive, for each client based on an all-encompassing evaluation. The multidisciplinary recovery team administers the plan and revisits it frequently to help keep the client on course for long term recovery. Our innovative individual programs include: clinical interventions, group therapy, creative therapies, equine-assisted therapy, spiritual guidance, excursions and coaching. Business As Usual At Caron Ocean Drive, we know how difficult it can be to put life on hold for the typical stay in a treatment program. Therefore, we provide ample opportunities to keep up with family and business affairs in a private, supervised setting, including a state-of-the-art business center and video conferencing capabilities. In addition, we can and will make special arrangements, when warranted, to accommodate pressing life or business issues. However, under all circumstances, the client's recovery always remains the top priority.
