I currently offer individual and couples therapy to adolescents and adults; as well as substance abuse and addictions work. I have been in the field since 2005 and worked for 10 years at Children's Hospital Boston. While there I was mentored by experts in the fields of child and family development, preventative mental health, parenting, and substance abuse. Outside of Children's I worked extensively with adults and enjoy this work very much. My approach to therapy is based on positive psychology, the latest in relationship research, and neuro-science. The techniques I use evolve based on the needs of each client.
