In my office you can be free to express private thoughts and feelings, in a safe, non-judgemental, confidential environment. With compassion, encouragement and humor, I will help you examine the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to the current distress in your life, and to offer suggestions on how to make changes. I feel very fortunate to say that I love what I do for a living, and that I have a passion for encouraging and facilitating personal growth. I have experience and confidence working with a myriad of mental health disorders. My current interest is working with couples struggling with relationship issues including infidelity or divorce, as well as individuals with anxiety, depression, or adjustment disorders.
