Are you at a point in your life or relationship where you feel stuck and don't know what else to do? I use my 17 years of experience working with individuals and couples to help get "unstuck". During the first session I will help you identify and understand the specific problems that are keeping things stuck. By the end of our first meeting you will learn at least one thing you can immediately start doing to make the changes you want. After that, I will help you to continue to develop lasting changes to keep the positive momentum going. I use proven approaches tailored to you and the issue we are working on to provide the most helpful and efficient method to get the results you want and need. I enjoy working with individuals on personal growth issues, couples that are "stuck" in their relationship, and with teenagers on "life" issues. I also specizlize in sexual/behavioral addictions issues.
