Dr. Gilbert works primarily with adults in psychotherapy and sees both adults and children for psychological evaluations. In psychotherapy, Dr. Gilbert specializes in difficulties with impulsive behaviors and actions including self-harm, chronic suicidality and suicidal actions, dyscontrolled anger, and the quickly shifting mood states and interpersonal chaos that often accompany these behaviors.
