I approach counseling as a growth and healing process. You will find that I am sincerely dedicated to helping you find solutions to your most difficult problems with the goal of helping you to recognize and accept your own internal worth. Areas that I counsel clients include anger management, anxiety, improving communication, conflict resolution, depression, life transitions, marital therapy. I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University, and joined New Outlook Counseling Center, Inc in order to help individuals achieve their hopes, dreams and quality of life goals. I have a strength-based integrative approach focusing on collaborative couple, family, and adolescent work.
