I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple, family and group therapy settings. I have experience with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, school related issues, parenting, postpartum, and mothering related issues. My background includes working in a center for teens and families in crisis, a family county program and K-12 school settings offering mental health services and education. I offer a collaborative, welcoming therapeutic environment where it feels safe to tell your story, explore the issues which are troubling you, identify your strengths, and make changes that are important for you to achieve a more satisfying life. I offer play and art therapy for children and a range of narrative, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness approaches in my work.
