I work from an integral perspective and understand human experience within a developmental framework that includes inner and outer experience, varying levels of ego or self organization, and personal as well as transpersonal experience. My work is informed by the idea that while suffering is a part of the human experience, so is healing, growth, transformation. My approach to therapy includes psychoanalytic psychotherapy, depth psychology, trauma work and somatics. I also have extensive experience in the fields of structural bodywork, mind-body medicine, subtle energetic healing, and meditation. I work with clients individually, lead groups, and teach classes at Dimension Center and Chiron Center for Integral Relational Studies.
