NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS--- I work with children, adolescents, families, couples and individuals who are dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, domestic violence, school-related issues, family conflict, relationship issues, and much more. My passion for helping people maintain balanced and healthy relationships through self-exploration in a caring supportive environment is paramount to my practice. I help clients to explore the past, the ways in which they are coping with challenges that aren't working well for them right now, consider the ways they would like their lives to change in the future, and help them to make those changes. I strive to work collaboratively with clients to build on their existing strengths and assets. I have over 16 years of experience helping people become more self aware, to live more in the present, to maintain healthy relationships, and to fully take charge of their lives. I am a licensed school counselor in Oregon and Montana and I have experience working as a Child and Family Therapist in a Portland area community mental health clinic. I have additional training in Collaborative Problem Solving, Art Therapy, Yoga Calm®, and the Love and Logic® family education program.
