I have been helping individuals and couples for over thirty years make positive changes in their lives. Counseling is about changing what is not working in your life, feeling better, and creating new levels of satisfaction, happiness, and peace. I have been trained in and using EMDR since 1994 and have found it to be very helpful for people who have experienced traumatic events or even more common conditions such as phobias, anxiety, and depression, and self esteem. I have used EMDR daily in my practice for over 20 years. I provide FAA Substance Abuse Evaluations for aviation professionals and DUI evaluations for regaining driver's license.
