Over the past 17+ years, I have had the opportunity as a therapist to meet and work with many wonderful individuals and families. I enjoy working with people who are seeking to improve the quality of their lives. I provide a safe and comfortable setting in which individuals can begin to explore their issues and concerns. As a client, you and I work together as a team to help you reach your goals and achieve more peace and satisfaction in your daily life. I am a licensed clinical social worker with background & training in chemical dependency and other addiction issues. I have experience working with clients on such issues as depression, anxiety, relationships, divorce, behavioral problems, low self-esteem, ADD/ADHD, anger and trauma. I enjoy working with people of all ages and diversities. I focus on your strengths and helping you learn to use those strengths in new ways, allowing you to adapt to life's challenges as they arise.
