I work with adults who are struggling with mood and anxiety problems, including individuals with depression, bipolar disorder, or post trauma stress. Working collaboratively, my clients and I work to improve the quality of their lives - their work, their recreation, and their relationships. I also enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with life transitions, good or bad, that increase stress in one's life. Client-centered therapy: Each client comes with a unique set of beliefs, values, and ways of thinking. So the approach is tailored to individual clients, based on the information they share about themselves. Couples work is based on Gottman's relationship principles and borrows from multiple other approaches.
