For over 10 years I have helped teenagers, adults, college students, and student-athletes with various mental health concerns. My speciality is helping people who have experienced trauma or abuse. Trauma can contribute to various mental health issues such as PTSD, panic attacks, depression, substance abuse, and/or relationship problems. Trauma can happen in many different ways and most people just try to never think about it again. But that strategy is exhausting and doesn't work long term because the past refuses to be buried. The good news is that you don't have to suffer from this anymore. I offer individual, couples, and group opportunities to help you overcome trauma.
