As a therapist, I actively encourage, support and challenge you to define what you want in life. I feel that my role in counseling is to help empower you to create balance in your life and feel at peace and content. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, I can help you challenge your thinking, let go of anxiety and fears, and find comfort and support. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and families with varied issues including: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, self esteem, life transitions, substance abuse and family conflict. I have a particular interest and experience working with young adults (ages 18-30) who are experiencing challenges and feel stuck between the transition from adolescence to adulthood.
