Therapy consists of a partnership between therapist and client. My goal is to help the client recognize that he/she has choices and make changes necessary to improve their overall quality of life. For several years I have been working with clients suffering from chronic pain, chronic illness, and substance abuse. I help them recognize and deal with the effects their illness has had on every aspect of their lives. I spent my first 22 years in Aberdeen, Scotland. After moving to London, I had a successful career as a musician which allowed me to travel worldwide and experience different cultures.
