Are you having issues with your teenager that you just can't figure out how to solve? Are the demands of balancing school, work, sports, activities and family becoming overwhelming? Are they feeling frustrated, disappointed, sad or confused? Sometimes life throws a lot at us all at once. I love to help teens gain knowledge and strategies that will help them successfully deal with the challenges of being a teen. I also love working with teens involved in sports or performing arts activities (music, dance, theater) maintain balance, manage change, cope with injury and reduce anxiety. I am passionate about working with teens. My background in secondary and higher education, as well as coaching, gives me an excellent understanding of the unique challenges teens face. I am able to help teens identify their strengths, set goals, develop self-confidence and make healthy decisions about life. I realize that scheduling, especially with teens, can be challenging so I have some evening appointments available. I look forward to working with your teen to help them survive and thrive through their teen years!
