I congratulate you on taking the first step in seeking counseling for yourself. Life can be challenging and we all need help at times to sort it all out. Maybe you're feeling disconnected from others, feel angry more often than not, turn to food or other substances to cope with stress, going through a divorce, or you are experiencing depression or anxiety symptoms that are interfering with your life. Whatever the case may be, I would like to help. Together, we will address the issues that are standing in the way of you experiencing and enjoying the life you desire. My treatment specialties include Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Life-Purpose Struggles, Fears, Identity Issues and Christian Counseling. I have gained additional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapy that continues to help many people find relief from psychological stress and anxiety. Oftentimes we can get bogged down with the symptoms, but I believe by getting to the root cause of those symptoms, resolving any negative core beliefs and replace with healthier thinking patterns, healing and positive growth will happen.
