I work with couples, individuals, families, and teenagers. Specialties include Marriage & Family Therapy, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression. I am trained to observe the dynamics involved in couples & family issues. I received in-depth training for individuals & families facing difficult challenges, fears, loss/grief, heart/cancer, self-esteem & other life issues. Additional training with Mayo Clinic for psychological/health issues. I believe every person, and every family has its unique strengths and challenges.
