I am a licensed psychologist and have over 10 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults. I know that for many people going to therapy can be daunting. It can be hard to open up not knowing if you will feel understood or judged. I strive to create an atmosphere that is nurturing, non-judgmental, and compassionate so that clients can explore all aspects of themselves. I also often help my clients identify relationship patterns that may be causing distress and help them utilize their strengths to find healing and develop more satisfying relationships. I help people with relationship problems, depression, general anxiety, social anxiety, life transitions, and work/life balance. I also enjoy working with perinatal concerns (trying to conceive, pregnancy, and post-partum). I have a particular interest in helping people heal from loss during pregnancy, including termination for medical reasons (TFMR). My office is in Riverside above the Cool Moose Cafe'. I offer appointments on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
