"I have over 20 years of counseling experience in both private practice and through associations with several large group providers. I have expertise across a wide range of personal, clinical and business concerns and have worked extensively with individuals, families, couples and children. I I focus on the transformation of Individuals, Families, and Organizations. I provide Individual, Family and Couples Counseling for a wide variety of concerns, including life changes, Depression and Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Substance Abuse, Anger Management, Trauma and Relationship concerns. I generally employ a cognitive approach to counseling believing that "what we think about comes about." I am particularly interested in supporting the "Whole Person." This includes a focus on Spiritual and physical health as well as mental health. I welcome those specifically seeking Christian Counseling."
