Welcome to a view of my practice. I am an intuitive, caring, experienced psychologist and life coach. I work with all age groups: children, teens, and adults. I assist my practice members in healing from past hurts, learning new coping strategies, managing stress, building self-esteem, removing blocks to success, and ultimately in reaching life satisfaction and happiness. Relationships, self-esteem, single parent challenges, coping with divorce, and parenting are some of the issues addressed. As a coach, I assist singles in finding their ideal mates, and I assist married couples in finding blissful happiness in their unions. I have a CBT background and extensive background working with individuals as well as couples and families. Depression, anxiety, anger, communication, child behavior problems,and step-families are some of the issues I help address. I help single-parents negotiate their challenges so that their reconstituted families are healthy and happy. While providing Psychotherapy services usually requires that practice members reside in Metro Atlanta Georgia, I provide Personal and Professional Development coaching nationally and internationally via telephone. I have the highest level of credentials as a therapist, and I am a Coach trained by and affiliated with The Relationship Coach Institute.
