Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or unwanted thoughts and fears due to past trauma or abuse? Do intercultural issues affect your family; do you like to approach life creatively with art, music, writing? I offer a safe environment to explore past and present woundings and difficulties using Emotionally Focused, Intersubjective, and Narrative approaches. This addresses issues holistically taking into account your emotional, physical and spiritual being. I work with couples, families and individuals that need help journeying though a difficult time in life, or dealing with the effects of past trauma or abuse. I also work with children using play therapy. I enjoy working with people of all cultural backgrounds using creative means that help process life in a variety of ways. I personally operate from a Christian worldview, and I am happy to respectfully incorporate clients spiritual values.
