I offer a safe and confidential place for you to explore and make sense of your unique life experiences and how they have affected you. I listen intently and offer feedback. We will talk about your wants and needs, and then decide what works and helps you. I will work with you to clarify and define unresolved issues, heal painful wounds, and gain more awareness of the thoughts and behaviors that may be interfering with your health and well-being. You'll learn how to increase and enhance your problem solving and coping skills, self awareness, inner peace, emotional balance and grounding, self-esteem and confidence, and live life more fully and freely. I am specially trained to do trauma work and use EMDR and TAT. I understand that it takes great courage to take this journey. I truly believe that change and healing are always possible.
