Life can be very difficult and stressful at times making it difficult to keep a balance within our lives. These stresses have a way of taking us to places that we never intended to go. We may become trapped, feeling as though there is no escape. Often we repeat the same patterns over and over again hoping that somehow everything will work out alright, and never realizing that if we continue doing the same things we most likely will have the same results. I am here to help step out of that cycle and start over. I work with anxiety, grief, depression, and addiction counseling. I have also worked with those who have had terminal or life altering incidents and diseases. I accept the client as a whole person working with both the mental, physical and spiritual in order to encourage healing. I hold a Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling. Previously, I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Pastoral Leadership which provided me with with 35 years of pastoral experience. I am also RASAC certified for substance abuse counseling. I have experiences with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
