I offer FREE counseling services until May 2016 to help you achieve the goals you desire. There are times when it is hard and uncomfortable to talk to your friends and family about your current situation or problems. My goal is to provide insight, support, and an outside perspective, which will lead to an overall understanding and improvement in your circumstances. Guided by clinical supervision and evidenced-based therapeutic techniques, we will work together to overcome your fears and resolve interpersonal conflicts. Anyone can benefit from therapy whether the issue is relationship problems, marital problems, depression, anxiety, job stress, self-doubt, employment loss, or loss of a loved one. I believe that you deserve a safe place to express your feelings and be heard, a place where your feelings are validated, and a place free of judgment, which I will provide.
