Sohna graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2007 and completed her Master's degree in Counseling from Wichita State University in 2009. Sohna is currently finishing her PhD in Educational Psychology thru Walden University. Sohna is licensed as a professional counselor and addictions counselor. She recently received her certification as a play therapist and completed training to provide trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy. Sohna has worked with children, adolescents, couples, families, those who have addictions and co-occurring disorders, and adults. Sohna's treatment approach is an eclectic array of modalities including, but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution focused, play therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused therapy.
