I am a licensed mental health counselor and child mental health specialist committed to providing high-quality services to children, adolescents, adults and families. I provide counseling that is practical, holistic and strength- based. The areas I work in include depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual assault/abuse, LGBTQ issues, self-harming behaviors, family conflict, stress management, self-esteem, as well as other mental health concerns. I employ an eclectic counseling approach and use a variety of techniques tailored to each individual I strive to provide a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment where we will work collaboratively on your goals.
