Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years experience as a psychotherapist. My office is located in Portland's West End, adjacent to the Maine Medical Center campus. I offer treatment for individuals (starting at age 11/12) and couples. Evening appointments are available one day a week. Treatment modalities are tailored to meet your specific needs and comfort level. That said, I find many clients benefit from use of Cognitive Behavioral therapies which can help you face new challenges and break free from patterns of thinking and behaving that negatively impact relationships and sense of self.
