I can help you slow things down, to look at all the complexity of your life with curiosity rather than judgment and in doing this peel off some of the complicating issues. My base approach is in person-centered relational connection as no matter what theoretical model is used, having a trusting relationship in which you are heard and understood is most beneficial. Mary Oliver's question - "what it is you plan to do with your one wild and precious life" can be the most grounding touchstone for seeking out your own gentle richness in life. I have additional training and 15 years' experience in Clinical Supervision for professionals, being attentive to developing clinical skills and continued learning to keep our work vital.
