Everyone struggles at some time in their lives. Sometimes you need to talk with someone outside your circle of influence for a fresh perspective. I offer a listening ear and help you figure out what resources you already have at your disposal, as well as helping you determine how to overcome whatever boundaries seem to be preventing you from living your best life! Everyone has their own intrinsic needs and motivations that guide their actions. Are you struggling with moving forward in life; working through relational issues; or attempting to manage a new or chronic medical diagnosis? I can help you tap into what is most important to you and how to achieve your own personal goals. I offer a different approach to traditional, office-based therapy. Join me for a walk in Piedmont Park where we take therapy outside for fresh air and a fresh perspective. I also offer sessions in an office setting and/or online sessions (similar to Skype but via an encrypted, secure online client portal).
