I treat clients from ages 13 to adult. I draw on my faith, my life experience, my background as a psychiatric registered nurse, and my training as a counselor to help empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives. I help my clients find solutions to problems that are having a negative impact on their quality of life. I pledge to take a collaborative approach with my clients to ensure they meet their treatment goals. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer help for issues such as Depression and Anxiety; Marital/Couple Distress; Parenting Issues and Family Struggles; Divorce, Separation, and Blended Family Struggles; Grief and Loss; Anger/Conflict Management; PTSD/Trauma; Assertiveness and Self-Esteem; Life Transitions; and Spirituality. Our goal at Hope for Healing is to provide compassionate, confidential counseling services in a nonjudgmental environment. Our residential setting provides an optimum environment of comfort and professionalism. In rural areas there are often few options for treatment. Now residents in this community no longer have to travel far for quality counseling.
