Do you have a child or teen who is struggling? I work with children, teens, and their parents navigate difficult situations. The majority of clients I treat are coming to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, social skills, sexual/physical abuse, parent/child conflict, behavior issues, grief, life transitions, or parental divorce. I meet with individuals, parents, and entire families. I use interactive, therapeutic play when treating children and work with children as young as 3 years old. I also offer a variety of therapy groups and workshops for children, teens, and parents that clients find useful. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, which means I treat children, teens, and families with the belief that everyone is interconnected and has an impact on each other. I also specialize in child-oriented therapy, which uses interactive play and art as tools to treat children and teens. My practice is family-friendly and affordable. I believe that since life is not overly formal or stuffy, therapy should not be either. I also believe that every client is unique, so treatment needs to be customized for each client.
