Life is a journey, but sometimes life has challenges that seem to detour the journey. Whether the challenges are from the past or if they are stemming from recent issues, seeking professional help to get through the detour can be helpful. I work mostly from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach; meaning that the way we think about a situation drives our behavior/reaction about the situation. But like most therapists, I utilize other therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
