I believe strongly in the value of treating people not diagnoses. I provide individualized care that reflects this value. There haven't been two people, couples, or families for whom I have provided treatment that have come with the same exact issues. Each person's situation is unique and deserves a thorough assessment and understanding so that a plan can be developed that is specific and successful in meeting the needs that are identified. I have a broad range of training and experience in providing therapy to couples, individuals and families. These include conflict in relationships, anxiety and depression, behavior problems, ADHD, loss, distress, anger, and many others that get in the way of feeling the way you want to feel or be the person you want to be. I intentionally have a limited practice so I can have the time I need to provide the best treatment possible.
