I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years experience. I treat adults and adolescents with a variety of issues. I am a compassionate therapist who will help you heal through difficult times in your life. I understand that the stress of life can cause a great deal of emotional distress often affecting your happiness, including relationships with those you love. Therapy is a wonderful way to help you work through those difficult emotions and find peace. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, low self-esteem, relationship problems, adolescent issues, and parenting skills. I utilize an eclectic approach based on the needs of my clients. I am trained in mindfulness-based approaches, cognitive-behavioral therapy, ERP for the treatment of OCD, grief counseling, and family systems therapy. I am in-network for most insurance plans and will be happy to submit claims for any out-of-network benefits.
