I believe in the holistic treatment of the individual connecting the mind, body, and spirit. It is important to draw upon and balance all aspects of ourselves when promoting and maintaining health and well being. When we experience dis-ease, there are often one or more aspects of ourselves to which we are not attending. Each of us holds the answers to all of our questions. Yet, there are times we need assistance in uncovering these answers. I provide a confidential, safe, and supportive environment in which to explore, learn, and gain inner wisdom.
