I favor a solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral approach aimed at changing unproductive thoughts and behaviors. I welcome the opportunity to help you in your quest for a better life. I offer a generalist practice, addressing issues such as: low self esteem/unhealthy body image, survivors of sexual abuse, family discord, women's issues and relationship improvement. Additionally, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders(Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, panic, phobias, social anxiety) using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention. I am one of the few practitioners in the Central Florida area with expertise in using Exposure and Response Prevention to treat severe anxiety disorders such as OCD and phobias. In fact, I appeared on three episodes of the critically acclaimed show, Obsessed, on A&E Network Television.
