The therapeutic process is about you!! We all have a story, a past! It is imperative that you feel comfortable and safe for a clinician to earn your trust, to engage and assist you on your journey of interpersonal change. I recognize the significant role you play in developing your tailored treatment plan and how vulnerable you must feel asking for help. If you are uncertain what you need, want, desire or struggling where your life's path is taking you, know the power is within you to make rational positive changes and choices for your life with the assistance of a trained clinician. My specialty is assisting clients achieve goals that will enhance emotional growth and life experience by reframing their thought process to improve empowerment of their life. Meeting my clients where they are in their life and being mindful of my clients' needs is important part of the therapeutic process. My holistic approach focuses on mind/body/spirit, utilizing multiple therapeutic techniques that is unique to the individual.
