I bring twenty three years of experience as a professional counselor to my work with individuals, couples and families to find the right solutions to their challenges. Common issues I treat are: depression, anxiety, obsessive/compulsive issues, dysfunctional patterns, self defeating behaviors, stress, healing from abuse/trauma, impulse control, anger, addictions, co-dependency, loss, life transitions & adjustments, job burn-out, divorce recovery, family conflicts, marriage/relationship struggles, parenting challenges and behaviors interfering with work, school or relationships. I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. My practice also provides a behavioral based smoking cessation program. I am a board approved LPC supervisor. I provide Individual Psychotherapy, Relationship & Couples work, Premarital/Marriage Counseling, Children's & Family Therapy, Divorce Recovery & Support, Play Therapy and Hypnotherapy. I have additional training in Marriage & Family Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Play Therapy. I enjoy helping people explore meaningful things in their life that give them purpose, satisfaction & peace of mind. My work is individualized, client-centered and goal oriented resulting in meaningful outcomes to my clients. I use a holistic therapeutic approach that integrates research supported traditional and non-traditional therapies. My work embraces the whole person-body, mind and spirit.
