Life can be challenging! Often we neglect our emotional health and the increase of daily stress, worry and hurts from our past can take their toll on the daily functioning. I have 19 years of experience in private practice as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to use to your benefit. I believe healing can take place through a caring, supportive therapeutic relationship. I am trained to assist individuals address complex trauma, sexual victimization, anxiety, and reactive attachment disorder. I have worked with foster/adoptive families to restore hope and healing to their families. I have assisted victims of sexual abuse, maltreatment and domestic violence in resolving painful life events, improving their functioning and healing their past hurts.
